AT5-Series
TranBelt offers AT5 timing belt pulleys for 10 mm wide belts, made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. They can also be made from stainless steel or plastic (POM or nylon) on request. We also supply timing bars in AT5 profile. These pulleys are used in linear guides, crane drives, and transport systems and are made to ISO 5294-1989 standards.
Our workshop can perform custom drilling and machining, including splines, hub shortening, V-guide grooves, and holes for shafts or pins, so pulleys can fit your machines perfectly.
All AT5 pulleys and bars can be custom-made in different materials and with surface coatings, such as anodizing for aluminum or galvanized/chromated coatings for steel. This makes it easy to adapt and integrate them into your existing systems.
