Description
TranBelt supplies a wide range of AT5 timing belt pulleys with Taper-lock (TB) bushings, available from stock. A Taper-lock bushing serves as a locking mechanism for fastening pulleys and compensates for shaft tolerances. The bushing features a conical surface and an internal cylindrical bore with H7 tolerance, along with a standardized groove and a finished bore with a key.
We offer AT5 timing belt pulleys with TB bushings, with or without pilot bore. “AT5” denotes the tooth pitch, also called pitch, which is the distance in millimeters from tooth center to tooth center. AT5 timing belt pulleys with a belt width of 25 mm accommodate Taper-lock sizes 1008–2012. The bushings are made of fine-grained cast iron (GG25).
