AT5 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 10 mm

TranBelt stocks a wide selection of AT5 timing belt pulleys for belt widths of 10 mm. Standard pulleys are made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges, but they can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. They are available with or without pilot holes, and matching AT5 profile racks in aluminum and stainless steel are also offered.

All AT5 profiles for 10 mm belt width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in a variety of applications, including linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

TranBelt provides custom machining of standard pulleys based on your specifications, drawings, or sketches. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide profile slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, bolt holes, and locking ring grooves.

AT5 pulleys for 10 mm width can be manufactured in other materials, dimensions, and with surface coatings of your choice, including natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing for aluminum. For pulleys made of other materials, such as steel, galvanized or chromated coatings are available. These pulleys can be easily adapted and integrated into existing systems by machining stock pulleys or racks to your requirements.
