T10 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 16 mm

TranBelt offers a wide selection of T10 timing belt pulleys designed for belt width 16 mm. Standard pulleys are manufactured from aluminum with galvanized steel flanges, but they can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. They are available with or without pilot hole, and matching T10 racks in aluminum and stainless steel are also available.

All T10 profiles for 16 mm belt width are produced according to ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

With our in-house workshop, TranBelt offers custom machining of standard pulleys based on your drawings or specifications. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, set screw holes, and locking ring grooves.

In addition, T10 pulleys can be manufactured in other materials, sizes, and with customized surface coatings. For aluminum pulleys, we provide natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For steel pulleys, galvanized and chromated coatings are available. T10 timing belt pulleys for 16 mm width can be easily customized and integrated into existing designs through machining of stock pulleys or racks.
