T5 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 25 mm

TranBelt offers a wide selection of T5 timing belt pulleys designed for belt width 25 mm. These pulleys are manufactured from aluminum with galvanized steel flanges, but can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. They are available with or without pilot hole, and matching T5 racks in aluminum and stainless steel are also part of our range.

All T5 profiles for 25 mm belt width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are commonly used in linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

With our in-house workshop, TranBelt provides custom machining of standard pulleys based on your drawings or specifications. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, set screw holes, and locking ring grooves.

Furthermore, T5 pulleys can be manufactured in other materials, sizes, and with customized surface coatings. For aluminum pulleys, we offer natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For steel pulleys, galvanized and chromated coatings are available. T5 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm width can be easily customized and integrated into existing designs through machining of standard stock pulleys or racks.
