T10 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 25 mm

TranBelt offers a wide selection of T10 timing belt pulleys for belt width 25 mm. Standard pulleys are made from aluminum with galvanized steel flanges, but they can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. They are available with or without pilot hole, and matching T10 racks in aluminum and stainless steel are also offered.

All T10 profiles for 25 mm belt width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

TranBelt provides custom machining of standard pulleys based on your specifications, drawings, or sketches. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, set screw holes, and locking ring grooves.

T10 pulleys for 25 mm width can be manufactured in other materials, sizes, and with customized surface coatings. For aluminum pulleys, natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing are available. For steel pulleys, galvanized and chromated coatings are offered.
