Megadyne GLD14 Timing Belts belong to the MEGASYNC™ Gold2 high‑torque rubber synchronous belt family. They feature a 14 mm tooth pitch with a round-parabolic (RPC) profile, designed to provide very high load capacity with low noise. The belt body is made of high-performance NBR (chloroprene rubber) and is reinforced with fiberglass cords to deliver excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability under heavy duty drive conditions.

GLD14 belts have a dual-layer nylon tooth cover that improves wear resistance and reduces friction and noise. The fiberglass tensile member ensures minimal stretch and long fatigue life, while the RPC tooth design allows accurate tooth engagement with low backlash. The belt compound also provides good resistance to heat, oil, and aging, and the belt is antistatic (meets ISO 9563). Its recommended operating temperature range is from about –25 °C to +100 °C.
