T5-Series
TranBelt offers a wide selection of T5 timing belt pulleys, made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. They can also be produced in stainless steel or plastic (POM or nylon) on request, and are supplied with or without pilot drilling. We also provide timing bars in T5 profile in aluminum and stainless steel. These pulleys meet ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many applications, especially indoor linear guides, crane drives, and transport systems.
T5 pulleys are used together with T5 timing belts and are available from stock for immediate delivery. They fit belts in widths of 10 mm, 16 mm, or 25 mm. Our workshop can perform custom drilling and machining, including splines, hub shortening, V-guide grooves, and holes for shafts, bearings, pins, or locking rings.
All T5 pulleys can be custom-made in other materials and sizes, and adapted with surface coatings if required. Aluminum pulleys can be anodized (natural, hard, or black), and steel pulleys can be galvanized or chromated. This allows T5 pulleys to be easily integrated into existing designs by modifying standard pulleys or timing bars.
