T10 Timing Belt Pulleys

T10-Series

TranBelt offers a wide selection of T10 timing belt pulleys, made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. They can also be produced in stainless steel or plastic (such as POM or nylon) on request, and are supplied with or without pilot holes. We also provide timing bars in T10 profile in aluminum and stainless steel. These pulleys meet ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many applications, especially indoor linear guidance, crane drives, and transport systems.

T10 pulleys are used together with T10 timing belts and fit standard belt widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 50 mm. Our workshop can perform custom drilling and machining, including grooves, hub shortening, V-guide grooves, and holes for shafts, bearings, pinion screws, or locking rings.

All T10 pulleys can be custom-made in other materials and sizes, and adapted with surface coatings if required. Aluminum pulleys can be anodized (natural, hard, or black), and steel pulleys can be galvanized or chromated. This allows T10 pulleys to be easily integrated into existing designs by modifying standard pulleys or timing bars.
