AT10-Series
TranBelt offers a wide selection of AT10 timing belt pulleys, made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. They can also be made from stainless steel or plastic (POM or nylon) on request, and are supplied with or without pilot drilling. We also provide timing bars in AT10 profile. These pulleys meet ISO 5294-1989 and are used in many applications, especially linear guides, crane drives, and transport systems.
AT10 pulleys work with AT10 timing belts and are available in widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, or 50 mm for immediate delivery. Our workshop can perform custom drilling and machining including splines, hub shortening, V-guide grooves, and holes for shafts, pins, or locking rings.
All AT10 pulleys can be custom-made in different materials and with surface coatings, such as anodizing for aluminum (natural, hard, or black) or galvanized/chromated coatings for steel. They can be easily adapted and integrated into your machines and designs.
