AT10 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 25 mm

TranBelt offers a wide selection of AT10 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm belt width in stock. An AT10 pulley is used together with an AT10 timing belt (25 mm wide). All AT10 pulleys are manufactured in aluminum with galvanized steel flanges as standard, but can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. Pulleys are available with or without pilot hole, and we also supply AT10 racks in aluminum and stainless steel.

AT10 pulleys for 25 mm belt width are produced in compliance with ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in applications such as linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

We operate our own in-house workshop, enabling us to machine pulleys to your specifications, sketches, or drawings. Typical modifications include keyways, hub shortening, guide profile keyways, and drilling for shaft, bearing, set screw, or retaining ring.

All AT10 timing belt pulleys for 25 mm belt width can also be produced in other materials and with a surface treatment of your choice. We offer anodizing of aluminum pulleys (natural, hard, or black anodized). For steel pulleys, galvanized and chromated coatings are available.

AT10 pulleys for 25 mm belts can be easily customized to meet your requirements and integrated into existing designs by machining standard pulleys or racks to specification.
