T5 Timing Belt Pulleys – Belt width 16 mm

TranBelt supplies a wide range of T5 timing belt pulleys designed for belt width 16 mm. These pulleys are manufactured from aluminum with galvanized steel flanges and can also be supplied in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon upon request. They are available with or without pilot hole, and matching T5 racks in aluminum and stainless steel are also offered.

All T5 profiles for 16 mm belt width are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems.

TranBelt operates its own workshop to provide custom machining of standard pulleys based on your specifications, drawings, or sketches. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, set screw holes, and locking ring grooves.

Additionally, all T5 pulleys can be customized in other materials, sizes, and surface finishes. For aluminum pulleys, we offer natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing.
