T2.5 Timing Belt Pulleys

TranBelt supplies a wide range of T2.5 timing belt pulleys made of aluminum with galvanized steel flanges. On request, they can also be manufactured in stainless steel or engineering plastics such as POM or nylon. Pulleys are available with or without pre-drilling, and matching T2.5 racks in aluminum or stainless steel are also offered.

All T2.5 profiles are produced according to ISO 5294-1989 and are widely used in linear guides, crane drives, and conveyor systems, particularly for indoor applications.

T2.5 pulleys are designed for use with T2.5 timing belts and are available from stock for fast delivery. TranBelt operates an in-house workshop that can provide custom machining based on your specifications, drawings, or sketches. Options include keyways, hub shortening, guide slots, shaft drilling, bearing seats, set screw holes, and locking ring grooves.

In addition, TranBelt offers a variety of surface finishes. For aluminum pulleys, options include natural anodizing, hard anodizing, and black anodizing. For steel pulleys, galvanized and chromated coatings are available. All T2.5 pulleys can be customized in different materials, sizes, and coatings, making them easy to integrate into existing designs.
