Description
TranBelt offers clamping bushings for AT10 timing belt pulleys, also known as Taper-lock (TB) bushings, which act as a reliable locking mechanism for fastening pulleys. AT10 timing belt pulleys with a belt width of 25 mm can accommodate TB numbers 1008–2517 and shaft bores from Ø9 to Ø65 mm.
The AT10 timing belt is an advanced version of the standard T10 belt, featuring a wider tooth profile, trapezoidal teeth, and stronger reinforcement. This ensures high power transmission, precise traction, and accurate positioning. AT pulleys are compatible with AT10 timing belts in standard widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, and 50 mm, with other widths available on request.
AT10 profiles are manufactured according to ISO 5294-1989 and are used in a wide range of applications, including linear guidance, crane drives, and conveyor systems. These pulleys are particularly suitable for frequent start-stop operations and transport tasks that require high positioning accuracy.
